Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. Reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra charge. We know ADHD can make scheduling tricky—that's why you have full control via your patient portal.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund of your deposit. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a £50 fee.
Is this legitimate? Are you regulated?
Yes. We're CQC-registered and held to the same standards as NHS services. Our Consultant Nurse Prescriber has extensive NHS experience and specialist ADHD training. You can verify our registration on the CQC website.

You'll see a GMC-registered Consultant Nurse Prescriber with NHS adult ADHD experience. You get a full clinical consultation, not a 10-minute tick-box.
Our assessments follow NICE guidelines and include a comprehensive diagnostic report. Many patients find their GPs receptive to well-documented private ADHD reports, but ultimately it's at your GP's discretion.
You'll receive a full report explaining our clinical findings—many people find real value in ruling out ADHD and finally getting clarity. The assessment fee covers clinical time and isn't refundable, but you won't be charged for any treatment packages you haven't started. If your main goal is clarity either way, Assessment Only is usually the right choice.
Assessment Only (£495) gives you a diagnosis and report. The Complete Package (£895) includes your assessment plus 12 weeks of medication titration, regular clinician check-ins, a dedicated care coordinator, priority response times, and all support letters. Choose based on whether you want treatment included or prefer to arrange that separately.
No surprises. What's not included: medication costs (paid directly to your pharmacy, typically £30-90/month), and GP dispensing fees if you transfer to NHS prescribing later. Everything else—consultations, adjustments, letters—is covered in your package price.
We typically book appointments within 7 days. Complete your pre-assessment forms at your own pace, attend your video consultation, and receive results within 5 working days. If you're starting treatment, we aim to help you reach your optimal dose within 12 weeks.
Reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before—no charge. Late cancellations incur a £50 fee. The 3-month stabilisation package is non-refundable once started (the clinical work is front-loaded), but ongoing care after that is cancel-anytime with 14 days notice.
